A 2-year graduate student (MSc) position is available for eligible domestic students in Dr. Liz Favot's lab, part of the Cooperative Freshwater Ecology Unit housed in the Vale Living with Lakes Centre at Laurentian University starting May, 2026. The thesis project will examine the impacts of mining activities on benthic invertebrate communities, working collaboratively with local Indigenous groups.
